The Town of Scarborough has created an e-mail distribution list solely for the convenience of persons who would like to be kept aware of changes and updates to the Sexual Offender Registry maintained on the Town’s website.  The Town will make a good faith effort to notify persons listed on the e-mail distribution list when the website is updated or changed, but the Town specifically disclaims any responsibility to notify any person individually when the website is updated or changed.  The Sexual Offender Registry on the website is maintained for general public information only.  By providing this service, the Town is not assuming any duty or responsibility for the safety of any visitor to the website or any subscriber to the e-mail distribution list.
