Seatbelt / Safety Seat Laws

Age Law
Under 13 yoa Should sit in rear seat.
Over 8 yoa Must wear seat belt.
Between 40 & 80 pounds and less than 8 yoa Must be in a child booster seat.
Less than 40 pounds Must be in a child safety seat.
