The Scarborough TRIAD exists to further the goals and objectives of TRIAD which is a joint venture between law enforcement, the residents of the Town of Scarborough, AARP and other social services dedicated to reducing the criminal victimization of older persons.

The Scarborough TRIAD mission is to continually provide a forum for seniors to communicate their needs and concerns to law enforcement.

The Scarborough Police Department will strive to develop and implement solutions based on the needs and concerns brought forth by the governing body of Scarborough TRIAD, the Scarborough TRIAD S.A.L.T. Council.
