Explorer Experience Areas
1. Leadership:
Explorer Posts are led by the Explorers. Officers are chosen and are given assistance by the Advisors of the Post.
2. Service:
Community service is an important factor in our program. Explorers are urged to give back to the community at any chance they can. Events such as cleaning up graffiti, repairing bicycles and fingerprinting children are just a few.
3. Social
As with any organization, Explorers have fun too! Being part of a national organization allows them to interact with other posts in the area or even on the national level such as the National Law Enforcement Explorers Conference held in Washington D.C. in July 1998. We look forward to the next conference in Atlanta, Georgia this summer.
4. Outdoors
Outdoors activities are a major part of our social activities. Events such as the Rock Gym, White Water Rafting and Paintball are a few of the more popular.
